State Senator Nikil Saval (SD-1), a DSA member, authored the landmark Whole-Home Repairs program and has pushed the Shelter First Act. Rep. Elizabeth Fiedler (HD-184), who chairs the House Energy Committee, sponsors 'Solar for All' and bills to cap regulated-utility profits.
Rep. Rick Krajewski (West Philadelphia) was a prime sponsor of HB 1200, the recreational-cannabis legalization bill that passed the Pennsylvania House on May 7, 2025, and of HB 150 on medical release.
