Philly DSA: 2,400 Members and a Statehouse Bench

Philadelphia DSA reports roughly 2,399 members — among the larger chapters in the country — and Pennsylvania hosts several chapters statewide, from Pittsburgh to the Lehigh Valley.

Unlike states where DSA strength is purely local, Philadelphia's base has sent DSA-aligned legislators to the statehouse, giving the movement a direct hand in state policy.

We track that bench and its record.
